Our MOQ is 100 pcs for stock colors with standard sizing and basic customization (logo print + surface finish). For fully custom sizes, custom colors, or specialty materials, MOQ is 500 pcs. We offer free samples before bulk production.

Standard greyboard is 1200gsm, which provides excellent rigidity and a premium feel. We can go up to 2000gsm for extra-heavy-duty boxes (common for jewelry and luxury cosmetics) or down to 800gsm for lightweight mailer-style magnetic boxes. The wrap paper is 128-157gsm coated art paper.

We use neodymium (NdFeB) N35 grade magnets sized 8×2mm to 12×3mm depending on box weight. Each magnet is tested to withstand 500+ open-close cycles. For heavy boxes (>500g content), we recommend 12mm magnets and can add a second pair for extra security.

Yes — all sizes are 100% customizable. Send us your product dimensions and we will recommend the optimal box size with 5-10mm clearance on all sides. We provide a structural dieline for approval before production. Custom sizing requires MOQ 500 pcs and adds 3-5 days to production.
