We use 1.2mm smooth-surface inner board on the drawer with 0.3-0.5mm clearance on each side. Each drawer is fitted with a satin ribbon pull tab (standard 15mm, customizable). The result is a satisfying, consistent slide action that holds its shape after thousands of uses.
Yes. For heavy products (>300g), we recommend 1500-1800gsm greyboard for both shell and drawer. We can also add a custom foam insert (EVA, polyurethane, or die-cut sponge) to secure and protect the product during shipping.
